3.3 – How can I suspend my account?

3.4 – How can I verify my contact methods?

You can verify them on the Personal info Section. Just click the verify button close to your email and phone number and we will send a code, once you get it please input it on the correct field.

3.5 – How can I verify my account (KYC)?

To verify the account you just need to go to: My Account -> Verify Account and upload an ID Document and a Bank Document.

For the ID you can use one of the following: PAN card, Drivers License, AADHAR card or Passport.

For the Bank you can: Bank Passbook Front Page, Bank Cheque Book or Bank Statement.

After uploading those documents on the site they will be analyzed within 24h. If there is something wrong with the document you will be notified on the Verify Account section on the site.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 – How can I fund my account?

Depositing is very easy with Sky247. You can use offline deposit methods (Bank Transfer, PhonePe, GPay, PayTM, UPI) and Astropay. After successfully concluding the transaction upload the proof payment and insert the transaction number. The transferred amount will be shortly visible on your account.

4.5 – How long does it take to have my deposit funds available?

4.6 – How long does it take to have my withdrawal funds on my account?

It will depend on the games you are playing. Most of the Casino, Live Casino, Poker and Table Games will have instant settlement as soon as the result is known.

When it comes to Sportsbook and Exchange the bets will be settled when the events are over, however if your bet is resulted throughout the event we will try our best to settle it as soon as possible.

5.7 – Why has my bet been rejected?

There are different reasons for this to happen.

For Casino, Live Casino, Poker and Table games it can happen due to a technical error, time runout or not enough funds or an internet connection lost.

In Sportsbook and Exchange there are also some other reasons, for example and not limited to: odds change when you are placing the bet, events are suspended, you are betting above the market limit, the market is no longer available, the result changed while you were placing a bet, etc.
